Di-Mineralisation Resin MB 20 – mixed-bed ion exchanger for silica-free RO water

MB 20 is a high-quality mixed-bed cation/anion ion exchange resin used after a reverse osmosis unit to remove the last remaining salts and silicates from the water. The result is almost distilled water, ideal for demanding marine aquariums, RO top-off water and seawater mixing.

• Produces ultra-pure, silica-free water – stops diatoms and helps reduce slime algae, cyano and planaria

• Mixed-bed resin for silicate/silica filters and DI filter cartridges

• Should always be installed after the RO membrane for maximum effect

• Very high binding capacity – provides a large amount of pure water per fill and is economical in use

• The resin contains 38-44% active cation exchange resin and 56-62% active anion exchange resin
