Tunze DOC Skimmer 9430 – premium protein skimmer for large reef systems

If you want maximum skimming performance without your fish room sounding like a machine shop, the Tunze DOC Skimmer 9430 is a true “set-and-forget” option. The skimmer is designed for large saltwater systems and is recommended (depending on nutrient load) for aquariums from 700 to 3,500 liters, with separate recommendations for SPS, mixed reef, and fish-dominant systems.

• Magnetic bearing = extremely quiet operation: The pump is mounted on magnetic bearings that minimize friction and reduce “humming” compared to traditional bearing designs.
